To ensure that reliable and effective service is delivered to our clients anywhere in the world, we seek partners who have a reputation for delivering high-quality service and cost effective customer care.
We have specialized, dedicated International SOS managers across the world who are responsible for our proprietary network of medical, security and technical providers. They are directly accountable for credentialing and managing relationships with providers. Working in tandem with our in-house professionals, they develop mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships with our preferred providers.
We have invested heavily in proprietary credentialing processes for a full range of providers, from single practitioners to major hospitals. We have well-established systems, protocols, site surveys and evaluation initiatives. We can easily support referrals to providers through our own extensive network database, the Service Provider Information Network (SPIN). This system is updated daily and is used to provide real-time advice to our clients.
